Please be aware that we are a warehouse, this is not a storefront.  Most of the items are in the manufacturer original boxes and are not on display.  Most boxes do have pictures and the product name and model are printed on the boxes, but there are a lot of boxes so looking around can be overwhelming.

Return Policy
We purchase liquidated product from Retailers.  Most of the product consists of overstock items, shelf pulls, online orders that are canceled, product with damaged boxes as well as some customer returns.  

We do our best to inspect the boxes when they arrive, but the inspection is only from the exterior of the box, we do not open the boxes.  Customers are welcome to open the box and inspect prior to purchasing at check out.
 
In the event that an item that is purchased is damaged, missing parts please follow these steps.
 
1)  Contact the manufacturer - most are very easy to work with and will send you the parts at no charge.  To find contact information, check the manual first, there is typically a phone number, website or email address to contact them
2)  If they ask for the Retailer of purchase, use Amazon.  We are any authorized Amazon seller.
3)  All items are sold AS-IS and we do not offer cash refunds on purchases, no exceptions. 
4)  Our return policy is in place to keep our prices the lowest that you will find.
